The Adult Program offers a diverse set of classes, Basics, Fundamentals, Advanced and Competition, throughout the week coordinated to ensure the development of all students.

This program is aimed at introducing jiu-jitsu specifically for beginner students and aims to structure a strong foundation combined with the basic principles of levers and body understanding.
A general program that brings together all levels, whose objective lies in the in-depth study of techniques and situations, providing a better understanding of mechanics and technical concepts in an environment that allows learning based on personal goals (Self-Defense, Physical Preparation, and/or Competition).
This program is aimed at all students looking to develop a set of skills that allow them to obtain a more detailed and complex understanding of Jiu-Jitsu. In addition to the techniques worked on, students are faced with the analysis of specific situations to build technical and tactical solutions.
Program strictly aimed at the performance of students who aim to compete. The objective of this program is to prepare athletes for multiple scenarios within a competition environment, individualized technical development, tactical analysis according to updated rules, and development of strategic situations.
